Property Maintenance
We have on "call out" a qualified electrician and plumber and are able to arrange the services of any other trades people.
Any general maintenance work that has to be done within the property would be carried out by our own staff or if necessary qualified tradesmen.
We would stay in attendance whilst repairs were being carried out and would seek your approval for any works exceeding 50.00 euros.
Waiting for and supervising tradesmen or deliveries will be charged at a rate of 10.00 euros per hour.
