Security Checking Service

If you need to leave your property unoccupied, you may be interested in this service, which includes:

• Visits to your property as often as requested and security thoroughly checked.
• Taps opened and toilets flushed to ensure clear flowing water (helps to eliminate unpleasant smells).
• If the property is going to be left empty for any length of time, we will carry out a "sleeping service" and bring in any garden furniture etc reducing deterioration from weather.
• In cases of bad weather, checks will be made immediately.
