With our expertise in holiday property management, we can offer full peace of mind for you and your property. We pride ourselves on the quality of our customer care and carefully monitor all activities within your home to keep it in the best possible condition.
We will advertise your property on our website with a full description and up to 10 colour photographs.
We manage the bookings, client viewings, reservations and payments and will oversee the cleaning and laundry for each booking. Each booking will be discussed with the owner prior to confirmation to avoid any misunderstanding/duplicate of lettings.
We offer a 24 hour emergency telephone number enabling us to answer any queries of the client and to assist in any time of need.
We can provide "welcome food packs" when requested, containing essentials (ideal for clients arriving late or on a Sunday) such as: drinking water, tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, 6pk lager, 6pk coca-cola, 1 bottle red Rioja and/or 1 bottle Cava and a family bag of crisps for approximately 20 euros.
A flat fee of 15 euros is charged for a "Meet & Greet", which includes handing over the keys upon arrival aswell as the key collection, irrelevant of arrival/departure times.
Cleaning is charged separately at 10 euros per hour and laundry is billed by a local company at the rate of 11 euros per 5kg.
As soon as the property is vacated, we will check it completely for any damages. Windows will be shut, shutters/reja's closed and rubbish bins emptied.
After departure of the guests, we will send a "welcome home" follow up email to find out their thoughts on their holiday, the property and our service. Any replies will be forwarded to you.
